ENSEARCH has a client located in Texas who is seeking NNPs to join their NICU at their brand new Children’s hospital that opened in 2024. This position is with a strong regional healthcare network that has several NICUs under management and has been employing NNPs for several decades.

Opportunity

• Medium sized existing LIII NICU that was recently connected to  brand-new Children’s hospital.
• Single location position, no requirement to rotate to other NICUs.
• Busy delivery service.
• No transport.
• In house Neo coverage during the day and on call Neo coverage at night.
• Some medium acuity surgical patients, lots of ELBW babies.
• Shifts are 12 and 24 hours. Day and night shifts rotate.

Requirements
