ENSEARCH has an NNP opportunity with a client located along the beautiful Gulf Coast of Western Florida, seeking additional Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage for a start-up program.
Be part of the team who will help develop the NNP role, while working 24 hour shifts in a lower acuity unit, allowing you the time and flexibility to soak up all the location has to offer.

Sorry, due to the nature of the opportunity, experienced NNPs only.

• Provide coverage to a small LII unit, moving towards a LIII
• Also covers Newborn Nursery
• Robust delivery service

• 6×24 hour, in-house shifts per month (no back-to-backs)

Requirements

• Experienced NNPs only
• Delivery room experience
• Prefer candidates with Newborn Nursery experience
• Experienced working in-hospital as the sole provider
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Covid vaccination required (possible exemption)

Compensation

• Nationally competitive
• Annual reviews, averaging 3%
