ENSEARCH has a client seeking an APP Manager to lead their LIII NICU team. This position is with a nationally acclaimed healthcare system that offers outstanding benefits.

Opportunity

• Lead a team of APPs who provide coverage to a non-surgical LIII in one of the busiest delivery hospitals in the country. Participate in recruiting, implement and monitor HR policies, facilitate APP training.
• Oversee interprofessional and interdepartmental collaboration to implement and evaluate departmental programs and services
• Primarily 8 and 12-hour rotating shifts with occasional 24-hour shifts.
• Approximately 50% clinical and 50% administrative duties.
• No transport requirement.

Requirements

• 5 years of level III or IV NICU experience required.
• Experience with supervisory or management responsibilities is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

• Nationally competitive.
