ENSEARCH has a client with a small LII unit that is looking for an additional NNP to join their team. With this role you’ll get independent practice, quality of life and lots of support.

Opportunity:

• 12 bed (9 room) LII
• Delivery rate of 375 year
• Shifts 12s and 24s
• Very independent and autonomous role
• Transport (ground and air) is a required component of the role

Location:

• Population in the low 30 thousand
• Excellent school systems; all elementary schools recently remodeled
• Division II University
• Great place to raise a family; lots of parks
• Museum, outdoor concerts, hiking and biking trails
• Low cost-of-living and housing
• National “comfort index” of 7.3 (out of 10)

Requirements:

• Experienced NNPs preferred but will consider strong new grads
• Must be able to function independently and autonomously
• NRP Instructor desirable
• Delivery room experience
• Transport experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Above the national average
• Annual bonus plan
