Opportunity

• 6 FTE
• Small non-surgical LIII
• Delivery service of approximately 1,000 / year
• Shifts are 12s & 24s and every third weekend
• Ground transport is a required component of the role.

Location

• Population of approximately 250K in a low-density location
• Moderate Cost of living and housing
  • Typical 4BR for $250-$325K (for a nice home!)
  • Can get farm/acreage nearby…~$100K more
• Low crime rate
• Small towns just on the outskirts of town
• Vibrant downtown (concerts)

Requirements

• Experienced NNPs preferred but will also consider new grad candidates

• Prefer candidates with at least LIII experience
  • Would consider experience in a busy LII
• Delivery Room experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills & ability to work autonomously
• Transport experience preferred…but willing to train

Compensation

• Excellent compensation for the location
• Annual incentive bonus, paid quarterly
