• High-acuity Level IV NICU with 56 beds and ADC of 50
• Attend all high-risk deliveries
• Rotating schedule
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage
• 6-month orientation for new grads (3-month orientation for experienced NNPs)
• Ground and air transport required after first year

Requirements
