Are you a confident and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) looking for a more balanced lifestyle while practicing at a high level? We are actively recruiting experienced NNPs to work alongside a close-knit, seasoned team across several well-established Level II NICUs in the Southeast.

Opportunity

• Each facility is around 10 beds requiring well-baby responsibilities
• 24-hour shifts with option for back-to-backs; condos available for overnight stays
• Neonatologist support via telehealth 24/7
• One (1) NNP on duty per shift
• Choose 1 of 3 facilities as “home” facility and float elsewhere if desired

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited NNP program
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
• Strong procedural skills; frenotomy and circumcision training available where applicable
• Comfortable covering both NICU and well-baby services
