Opportunity

• Oversee 100 + APRN staff and 12 NICUs. The position has a handful of direct reports who manage the day-to-day responsibilities of staff and facilities.
• Develop policies/procedures based on current research/literature to ensure consistent care of the populations served by the hospital.
• Collaborate with hospital Medical Directors/Section and Division Chiefs and Program Managers to set strategies for unit/section/division operations as a key member of the Office of the CNO.
• Develop the annual operational and capital budgets in collaboration with applicable Division Leadership.
• Provide leadership for applicable hospital major projects including IT, construction, EPIC implementation, and integration of community NICUs into the network.
• Represent the hospitals’ divisions as a member of the hospital’s patient care leadership team and assumes the responsibility of nursing administrator on-call duties.
