ENSEARCH has a centrally located northern New Jersey client, seeking additional Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage. You’ll be part of a truly cohesive team providing coverage to multiple sites, ranging from LII up to LIV NICUs.

Opportunity

• Provide coverage to multiple units:

• 40+ bed surgical LIV unit
• 10+ bed non-surgical LIII unit
• Two small LII units
  • Primarily in-house 24-hour shifts, with some 12-hour shifts
  • Delivery service at all sites
  • Small amount of ground transport

Location

• Small town with proximity to several prominent cities (Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York City)
• Easy getaways to mountains, the shore, skiing, and the Adirondacks
• A friendly downtown with interesting shops, restaurants, and entertainment

Requirements

• Prefer experienced NNPs but will consider new grads on a case-by-case basis
• Ability to function independently and autonomously
• Delivery Room experience preferred
• Transport experience preferred
• NCC (or eligible)
• Masters required

Compensation
