ENSEARCH has a NEW Client in central California who is need of Locum NNP’s to provide interim coverage to their 60+ bed, fast-paced, non-surgical LIII NICU.

The Opportunity:

• Very high delivery service with lots of VLBW patients
• High Risk Perinatal Center
• Very collegial team of Neonatologists, NNPs and Nursing Staff
• Great outcomes with low Length-of-Stay

The Role:

• 16 hour Night shifts
• 1 NNP on duty per shift, along with 2 in-house Residents and Neonatologist back-up
• Possibility of very infrequent transport (air or ground)

The Requirements:

• Experienced NNPs only (including Delivery Room); sorry, no new grads
• NCC as NNP required
• Masters strongly preferred but will consider non-Masters on case-by-case basis
• Strong procedural competency
• Team players with excellent communication skills
• Someone who is passionate for the care they provide
• Strong preference given to candidates already CA licensed as NNP

All out-of-pocket expenses are provided by our client:

• Travel, Lodging & Ground Transportation
• Malpractice insurance, cost of credentialing, and licensure (as required)
