ENSEARCH is seeking a highly qualified NNP to join a collaborative team of 24 Neonatologists and a growing group of 38 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners providing advanced neonatal care throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Opportunity

• Provide coverage to three Level III-IV NICUs and expanding to six Level II Special Care Nurseries
• Work alongside supervising Neonatologists in a collaborative care model
• 24/7 in-house NNP coverage for Level II units
• Combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
• No Transport Duties

Requirements

• Board Certified NNP
• Active Arizona license (or willingness to obtain)
• 2+ years of NNP experience highly preferred
• BLS and NRP certifications
