Ensearch has a client in Tennessee who is looking for locum NNP coverage for their LIV unit. This unit is located in a vibrant urban area that is famous for its music and cultural activities.

Opportunity

• Surgical LIV unit with hearts and vents but no ECMO
• 12 and 24 hour shifts
• Average Daily Census is 8-12
• 3-4 NNP on duty per shift during the day and 2-3 NNP on duty at night, 24/7 in house neonatologist coverage
• No Deliveries
• No Transport

• Evidence-based practice

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NNP in a LIV NICU.
• A log of 10 or more successful procedures performed within the last 12 months.
• Ability to hit the ground running & practice independently and autonomously.

Compensation

• Very competitive base hourly rate and overtime rates.
