ENSEARCH is working with a world class Children’s hospital that is seeking a new clinical lead for their BPD unit that is part of the level IV tertiary care center. This lead will be oversee a team of 12 who cover the BPD unit and join 2 other leads who manage the entire LIV unit.

This facility is part of one of America’s largest pediatric health care and research centers (covering 60+ facilities) and delivers care to more than one million patient visits each year. Families travel from around the nation and around the globe to access life-saving treatments – many unavailable anywhere else.

Opportunity

• 24 bed BPD unit that is part of the 130 bed Level IV
• 60% admin, 40% clinical
• Manage a group of 12 NNPs, PNPs and PAs
• Admin work include conducting evaluations, coaching, managing meetings, payroll and leading projects.
• 12 hour shifts. Mostly daytime and Monday-Friday. Nights, weekends and holidays are only as needed
• Dedicated clinical lead office onsite that is shared among 3 clinical leads within the LIV.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of NNP experience in LIII and LIV units
• Extensive leadership experience-either in professional positions or in national professional organizations
• Experience with chronic care and desire to take care of BPD patients.
• Strong communication skills
• Patient and resilient personality
• Team player who can deal with complex situations and different personalities.
