ENSEARCH has a client in Tennessee who is looking to add to their NNP team that covers their LIII NICU. You’d be joining a physician practice group that has the utmost respect for NNPs and a team with a very supportive culture.

Opportunity:

  • A busy mid-size surgical LIII.
  • 500 deliveries per month and NNPs attend high-risk deliveries.
  • No transport responsibility.
  • Very flexible shift scheduling-Offering 24 hour shifts, or a combination of 8 hour and 12 hour shifts.
  • 24/7 in house neonatologist coverage.
  • Small close-knit team with long tenured employees, supportive culture and minimal turnover.

Requirements:

  • Strong delivery room experience.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
