ENSEARCH is working with a world-class Children’s hospital neonatal network to find a Lead who will oversee the APRN staff at three of their NICUs.  This lead will tag team with another Clinical Leads to manage these LIII and LII units, including a brand new LII that recently opened.

Opportunity

• Manage APRN staff at three NICUs- 48 bed LIII, 7 bed LII and 6 bed LII
• Position is 50% admin, 50% clinical
• Admin work includes conducting evaluations, coaching, managing meetings, payroll, and leading projects.
• 12-hour and occasional 24-hour shifts. 12-hour shifts and admin shifts are daytime, Monday-Friday. Nights, weekends, and holidays are only as needed
• Share coverage and management with another Clinical Lead
• Ongoing third-party leadership training and mentoring by seasoned leaders

Requirements

• 3 plus years of NNP experience
