ENSEARCH has a client in Wisconsin who is seeking Locum NNP coverage for their small LIII NICU, with a modest delivery service volume.

You’ll enjoy extended shifts and a great team environment.

The need is anticipated to be for a minimum of six months with a targeted start date of early June.

Opportunity

• Newly renovated, non-surgical, 16 bed LIII, with an average daily census of 12
• Delivery rate of approximately 2,000 per year
• Very infrequent round transport (less than 1/mo)
• 24-hour shifts (ok to do back-to-backs)
• One NNP on duty per shift
• Neo is in-house in the morning, then On Call afterwards
• Epic for charting
• Private Call Roon for NNPs (ok to sleep, as appropriate)

Requirements

• Strongly prefer candidates currently licensed in Wisconsin
• Delivery room experience
• Strong procedural competency, especially intubation
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NNP in a LIII NICU setting
• Ability to hit the ground running & practice independently and autonomously
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• No Covid vaccination requirement

• Competitive base hourly rate and overtime rates
