ENSEARCH is working with a prestigious Children’s hospital to find a seasoned manager who will lead the APP staff at their neonatal network. This network consists of 6 LII and LIII NICUs and four of these units have clinical leads who will be direct reports to this manager.

Opportunity

• Manage APRN staff at six NICUs. 4 of these NICUs have clinical leads that will report into this position.
• Position is 50% admin, 50% clinical.
• Admin work include conducting evaluations, coaching, managing meetings, payroll and leading projects.
• 12 hour and occasional 24 hour shifts. 12 hour shifts and admin shifts are daytime, Monday-Friday. Nights, weekends and holidays are only as needed.
• Ongoing third-party leadership training and mentoring by seasoned leaders.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of NNP experience
