ENSEARCH has an exciting new opportunity with a client in The Sunshine State who is expanding their NNP team. As part of this growing and dynamic team, you will provide coverage to this state-of-the-art unit, complete with multiple Giraffe Omni Beds and Baby Susan rotating mattresses.

Opportunity

• Medium-sized, high acuity, surgical NICU (including hearts)….with the option to rotate out to slower and lower acuity units on a periodic basis
• Highly autonomous NNP role
• Delivery service (NNPs attend HRDs and C-Sections)
• Mostly 13-hour shifts (option for 24s)
• Multiple NNPs on duty & 24/7 in-house Neonatologist coverage
• No Residents
• No transport requirement

Requirements

• New grad NNPs welcome (actually, preferred!) as well as experienced NNPs
• Strong NICU clinical skills; open to non-LIV experienced candidates
• Delivery Room experience preferred but not required
• Eagerness to learn and to deal with the “sickest of the sick” patients
• Masters degree – or eligible to be grandfathered by Florida Board of Nursing
• NCC certification (or eligibility) and ability to secure Florida ARNP
