Locum NNP Opportunity in Oklahoma

ENSEARCH has a client in Oklahoma who is expanding their NNP team and as such is in need of some interim locum NNP coverage for their LIV NICU and delivery service.

Opportunity

• Large LIV surgical unit
• High delivery volume
• High cooling and gastroschisis population
• 13 hours shifts (Days, Nights & Weekends)
• Multiple NNPs on duty per shift
• 24/7 in-house Neonatologist coverage
• Average Case Load of 8-10 of mixed acuity (typically only 1,2 really sick kids)
• No transport required…but preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high acuity, surgical NICU
• Strong surgical NICU clinical base
• Delivery room experience
• Transport experience preferred…but not required
• Ability to function independently and autonomously
• Able to cover all shifts options: Days, Nights & Weekends
• Can offer one trip per month with a minimum of 3 shifts per trip
• Will accept Covid vaccination waivers

Compensation

• Competitive base hourly rate
• Time & half for overtime
• Holiday premium pay
• All travel related costs are pre-paid
• All licensing and credentialing costs are reimbursed
