NNP Opportunity in Idaho

You’ll be joining a great team of NICU care providers who are truly collegial, in providing coverage to a large high acuity NICU setting as well as two lower acuity, off-site affiliate units.

Opportunity

• 50+ bed LIV NICU (no cardiac) and two LII sites with an ADC of less than 5
• Monthly rotation between sites
• Deliveries at all three sites: approximately 400/mo at the LIV and 100/mo at LIIs
• 24 hours shifts available
• Epic for charting and notes
• No transport responsibility

Requirements

• Experienced NNPs strongly preferred but will consider new grads with a strong high acuity NICU experience on a case-by-case basis
• Strong procedural competency (PICCs preferred but not required)
• Delivery experience strongly preferred (but not required)
• Covid vaccination required, with possible exemptions
• Personality fit is equally important as clinical fit

Compensation

• Nationally competitive

• $3,500 annual CEU/CME allowance
