Opportunity:

• Large regional referral LIV NICU site
• Busy delivery service (approximately 5,000 per year)
• No transport
• Multiple NNPs on duty and 24/7 in-house Neo coverage
• Large cooling and gastroschisispopulation
• Shifts are rotating 12s (7×12 per two week pay period)

Location:

• Larger city with a small city feel
• Ideal time to move there due to their recently revitalized economy
• Low cost of living (14.5% lower than the US average)

Requirements:

• Open to both new grads and experienced NNP candidates alike
• Delivery room experience preferred but not required
• Positive, team-players
• Strong critical thinking skills (can understand the ‘why’ behind the protocol)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high acuity setting

Compensation:

• Well above average compensation
