ENSEARCH has a Client with an immediate need for NNPs to join their team of NNPs in providing 24/7 coverage to a LIV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

In this role and setting you will have the opportunity to work for a Physician’s Practice Group, in a high acuity NICU setting and no transport component.

Opportunity

  • 50+ bed LIV surgical unit
    • ADC in the low-40s
  • 12 and 24 hour shift options

Requirements

  • Experienced NNPs preferred but willing to consider new grads with a strong NICU base
  • Strong LIII NICU clinical skill
  • Ability to function independently and autonomously
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Licensed as APN in Tennessee (or eligible)
  • NCC certification as NNP (or eligible)
