As fall approaches, the team at ENSEARCH is eagerly looking ahead towards two of the neonatal nursing community’s largest gatherings:

  • National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) 41st Annual Conference
  • Florida Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (FANNP) 2025 Conference

This year, ENSEARCH will be exhibiting at both events, and we look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new attendees alike. Here, we’re sharing a closer look at the conferences and what to expect from each.

NANN’s 41st Annual Conference

When: September 9 – 12, 2025

Where: The Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, CA

What to Know: The NANN 41st Annual Conference invites NNPs and APRNs from around the world to learn and share new ideas to advance the neonatal nursing community. Within this year’s schedule you’ll find new experiences, including trivia, an interactive scavenger hunt, and an immersive escape room, as well as returning favorites such as the Annual Case of the Year presentation. Topics to be covered include family-centered care, global perspectives, precepting, research, skin-to-skin, and trauma-informed care, among others.

Conference attendees have the option to choose in-person or on-demand registration. Those who choose the latter will be able to access pre-recorded sessions, as the event will not be live-streamed.

FANNP 2025 Conference

When: October 14 – 18, 2025

Where: The Sheraton Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, FL

What to Know: Known as “the only review course for NNPs, by NNPs,” FANNP’s 2025 Conference will bring together educators, physicians, and leading NPs to present a comprehensive exam review. Additionally, the conference will cover the latest trends in neonatal care.  The multi-track curriculum is broken into two main segments:

  • Track A sessions, which are ideal for experienced NNPs looking to update their knowledge with content specific to neonatal professionals and clinical practice.
  • Track B sessions, which offer a review for the National Certification Corporation (NCC) Neonatal Nursing Specialties exams, and Continuing Competency Assessment.

Participation in both tracks will fulfill NNC Certification Maintenance Education requirements for recertification. Additionally, this year introduces a new, optional pre-conference PICC training course to provide interactive training for accurate catheter placement and maintenance.

Attendance for the on-site conference is limited to 350 people on a first come, first served basis, but professionals who cannot attend will also have the option of streaming the Virtual Conference or earning CEU credits using the On-Demand Library.

Whether you’re attending one event or both, ENSEARCH invites you to connect with our team who will be exhibiting at each conference. Each event offers unique opportunities to network with fellow professionals, and ENSEARCH can further those efforts by helping you find the perfect employment match.
