When I founded ENSEARCH Management Consultants over twenty years ago, it was with a mindset focused on maintaining close personal relationships that nurtured our success. Twenty years later, based on our testimonials, I’d say we have realized that goal.
The staff at ENSEARCH is both accessible and professional and understands the value of building relationships over time. We carefully go over your goals and objectives. Based upon this assessment, we present to you only those job opportunities / candidates which satisfy your needs. By being patient, we have been successful in arranging perfect match associations. You’ll often hear me say, “let’s shoot for the stars and if we have to, we’ll settle for the moon”.
Today, I still maintain an active recruitment desk because it allows me to stay on the leading edge of industry changes and pass along that knowledge and understanding to you, my clients, as well as my staff. How else can we maintain a reputation as “the go-to-guys”?
While not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife (Kim) and our family. Additionally, I am actively involved in a prison ministry called Kairos, bringing the love of Christ to inmates at San Quentin State Prison.
I truly care about people and seek to provide both clients and candidates with the individualized attention they deserve as opposed to treating them like a number. Please give us a call so you can experience the ENSEARCH difference for yourself. I think you’ll be glad you did.
In January of 1996 I took a job flyer from the local university with the initial intention of ‘giving it a shot’. My father was a physician and I thought of my work with ENSEARCH as a first foray into the medical field (after graduating with a BA in History).
Well, that was 20+ years ago and I’ve been with ENSEARCH ever since. The decades have endeared me to this industry as well as the people I correspond with on a daily basis. If there’s a NICU that utilizes NNPs, chances are I’ve already said “hello” to them. I feel truly blessed to work in such a loving & caring environment and to have the opportunity to interface with others who feel the very same way. Outside of work, I enjoy family time with my wife and our three school-aged boys. I am an avid sports fan and escape to the movies whenever the chance presents itself.
My work life has had various paths that I’ve taken from managing healthcare offices to retail management to being self-employed. There have been aspects of all of them that I have enjoyed. It wasn’t until I started with ENSEARCH that I found my true calling.
I love that I am able to help people who care for the most vulnerable beings on earth. It is truly a blessing to hear your stories and feel your compassion for this calling that you have. I love the opportunity to help find the best fit for you and our clients.
Every day I look forward to coming to work. The team I work with is dedicated and genuinely cares. It definitely starts at the top and Tim is an amazing mentor with such vast knowledge it’s hard to take it all in. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this journey and look forward to eventually talking to each and every one of you.
During my spare time I spend as much time as possible with my kids and grandkids…they make my heart beat. My honey and I are total foodies so we spend a lot of time checking out new restaurants and exploring our beautiful Northern California.
Growing up in a medical family, my pediatrician father told me that I could find peace and happiness by being of “service to others.” I worked in his pediatric office and also at the regional Medical Center where I was born. Two of my kids spent 79 days in the NICU and are now both over 6’ tall. I was recruiting NNP’s when they were born 23 years ago. Helping both hospitals and advanced practice providers allows me to serve others in a way in which I am uniquely prepared and has become second nature to me.
As a recruiter, I have received numerous awards for production and have become certified as a senior account manager.
Away from the office, I am active in the lives of my children and grandchildren and also actively seeking to give back to my community. I also attend a weekly coffee/community service planning group for volunteers and immensely enjoy the chance to contribute and to be involved. My goal is to help hospitals and NNPs find good matches so that everybody “wins” and society, in general, can benefit from my service.
Upon graduating from Sonoma State University with a BS in Business Administration (way back in 1996!), I worked as a business manager at a local payroll company, where Tim was a client of mine! I also had the opportunity to work for a large international company which was an amazing experience. I took time off from the 9-5 office job to start a family. During that time I also obtained a California State Real Estate License. I was able to keep in touch with Tim over the years. When the opportunity to work with him came along, I had to jump on it. The job is the perfect fit; and this is an amazing team of people!
I am the true definition of the soccer Mom. My husband and I spend much of our free time taking any one of our three kids to the activity of the day!
I have over 20 years combined experience in real estate, with my last position as an Escrow Coordinator & Administrative Assistant.
My family and I relocated to this beautiful area from Santa Cruz, CA.
Upon getting settled, I answered a job listing from ENSEARCH. After speaking with Tim, the crew and researching what they do…I knew I had found where I wanted to be. It is truly amazing how dedicated and passionate they are about NNP recruiting and the friendships they have developed along the way. Aside from supporting administration and recruiters, mine is the first voice you will hear when you call.
When time permits, we enjoy finding new places to explore and dine, in this extraordinary wine country. I also enjoy dancing, painting, and especially playing with the grandkids.
